Semalam pihak pengurusan JMB Bayu Villa menerima beberapa pucuk surat daripada pihak Syabas berhubung dengan bayaran tunggakan bil air. Di dalam surat tersebut juga menyebut jika pihak pengurusan gagal membuat sebarang pembayaran seterusnya, pihak Syabas akan mengambil tindakan memotong air.

Pihak Syabas memberi peringatan terakhir selama 14 hari dari tarikh surat 03/09/2014 dikeluarkan untuk pihak pengurusan Bayu Villa menjelaskan tunggakan bil air sebanyak RM112,465.86 iaitu sebelum atau pada 15/09/2014.
Jika di lihat serta di kaji mana mungkin pihak pengurusan dapat mengumpulkan sejumlah wang yang begitu banyak dalam tempoh yang terdekat?
Buat masa ini pihak pengurusan masih tidak mempunyai akses kewangan ke atas akuan bank. Memandangkan masalah demi masalah yang datang melanda pihak pengurusan Bayu Villa serta keengganan pihak Syabas memberi tempoh masa yang lebih lama bagi pihak pengurusan menanti pengeluaran "Sijil Perakuan" maka pihak Pro-Team akan membuat temu janji dengan pihak COB Klang untuk meminta bantuan seterusnya.
Di harap semua penghuni serta pemilik di Bayu Villa segera membuat bayaran tunggakan penyelenggaraan masing masing serta bil air dengan kadar yang segera bagi membantu pihak pengurusan Bayu Villa menyelesaikan masalah yang timbul.
I don't understand previous when( old mgmt -bernard) this tnb and syabas even never come and cut the electric or water ..and after Jmb 1 and Jmb Pro ...came in arising a lot problems..previous debts who going settle??? Bernard one???..why these people only chasing current debts ..wondering why and very funny !!!

DeleteAs a resident i have seeing a lot problems are arising day by day ..really regret of buying house here...want to sell off also damt it !!! Coz this blady debts cannot move ....and when all these problem gonna settle ?? If cannot handle handover to cob or gov..as a resident which i am watching every angle ..i will NOT vote for any newcomers which i beleive same probs and how gurantee these people will not swindle the money again ..we are working so hard n gain money ..why i need to settle blady debts which swindle up by others !!!sorry to say ..to gain the trust please proof that the debts has been settle by the debtors !!if you guys can do that then i salute all ..or u going keep on support the wrong person ..i think better let giv to take over this place !!! ReplyDeleteThis not about residents agree to pay ansuran. All previous debt no matter from who (new or old) must be settle by current management who are taking over. All the residents just need to pay their monthly maintenance fees accordingly.

She is working, she also need to support her family. At this moment her service given to Bayu Villa is free. Please do take note.
