These are the latest bank statement that we able to trace from the bank. If we check it accordingly we might able to see there are some manipulation going on.
Inside the bank statement we can see that there wasn't any amount equivalent to the amount stated RM32,605.87 that was bank into the account.
Not only this but the whole month of June 2014 also don't have any cash being bank into JMB Bayu Villa bank account.
If we check thoroughly the itinerary of the bank statement from the date of 02.06.2014 until end of 30.06.2014, we can't really find there is any huge transaction is being bank into the account? Was it a miracle?
Based on the bank statement recorded, total amount received and bank into the account for the month of June 2014 was RM8,834.48.
Based on the real recorded amount received for the month of June 2014 collection was RM84,348.63. Where did the money go? From the record itself all the vendors were not been paid at all during the month of June 2014 and onwards. Example like payment to Tnb, Syabas, Pejabat Tanah dan Galian, Security Guard company, Cleaner company and the Lift Maintenance company.
From here we can see something very fishy is going on during that time. None of the collected amount was reported. Based on the rumors it seems that someone has been keeping all those money and even some of them has wipe out the amount from the account.
These are the people that have ill intention and manipulating the residents to elect them to run the Bayu Villa management during that time. They are just like superstars (Bollywood heroes) when they manage to took over the management but in the end there are the lousiest actors because in a basket of apples, not every apple is rotten.
