Lately there has been a question asking why the appointed or elected audited company was suddenly been remove and appointed a new firm to overtake this firm?
Since the AGM has been postpone due to non availability of 2015 Audited Account, initiative has been taken to tackle the issue. When the initiative was taken (the President was not inside the group) but was inform and updated by the building manager on all the things happen.

2015 Bayu Villa Audited Account (Group Whatapps) started.
On 24th November 2016 the group of whatapps begin.
On 19th December 2017, Mr. Lee asking Mr. Patma can the audited account be ready by 22nd January 2017?
On 21st January 2017, we have inform inside the WhatApps group we will be having a meeting on 25th January 2017.
On the day of the meeting (25th January 2017) Mr. Patma didn't attend the meeting and blaming us we didn't inform him.
On 27th January 2017 Mr. Patma promise to attend the meeting on 1st February 2017 but he didn't attend also.
On the 1st February 2017, we having a meeting again to solve all the dispute but Mr. Patma didn't attend again. On 1st February 2017 (9.51am) Mr. Lee personally sms him but no reply. During the meeting started, numerous call has been make to Mr. Patma but no answer at all.
So a decision was made that Mr. Lee will personally call him to ask whether he can do it or not?

On the 4th February 2017, Mr. Lee call Mr. Patma why he didn't attend the meeting. He told Mr. Lee his just want the final accounts as requested and his job is not about attending meeting and meeting.
After some few conversation, a heated argument pursue as Mr. Lee judging Mr. Patma ability to finish the account and after some heavy arguments, Mr. Lee asking if he still interested to finsih the job as Mr. Patma already took the deposit money .... Mr. Patma reply......

"Mr. Lee, you think I don't know ahhhh....you want to use my firm to wash your dirty hand. You took residents money and you bank in into your account and now you want us to wash your hand!!!"
Because of this statement . Mr Lee have to terminate him straight away. It seems that Mr. Patma don't know what is going on during a conflict in 2014 when the new JMB Bayu Villa was taking over. Since he has lost his integrity, there is nothing for him to continue doing the account.
During the AGM held on 20th November 2016 last year, Mr. Patma was attending the meeting and saw the havoc going on when all the accuser throw many lies during the meeting. He got scared by the situation and the way the meeting was held.
