Page 138 - Provisions For Management Corporation
Paragraph (5) There shall be a chairman, secretary and treasurer, all of whom shall be natural persons, to be elected by the management committee from among its members immediately after the conclusion of the general meeting but no chairman, secretary or treasurer shall hold office for more than two consecutive years.
Paragraph (6) All the members of the management committee of a management corporation shall retire from office at the conclusion of the next annual general meeting. A retiring member of the management committee shall be eligible for re-election but no member of the management committee shall hold office for more than three consecutive terms.
Paragraph (9) to (13) is an explanation whether an individual eligible for election as a member of the management committee of a management corporation.
