Update On Action Plan 8/07/2014

Dear Residents,

UPDATE ON ACTION PLAN

The following are the actions we have taken thus far from Sunday.

a) We had a meeting with the previous management and did a first round of handover (Sunday 6 July 2014). We have documents issues and payment issues to sort out. We have a long list of items to verify and to take over with a clean slate.
b) We have submitted documents to COB for the certification of our elected committee. COB will get back to us within 14 days. We have requested our application to be expedited. We are hoping for a speedy reply from COB.
c) We have contacted the lift management company. We have some overdue payments with them. They have inspected the lift and have list of repair and maintenance works to be done on the lift. We will meet with them next week and work out a plan to up the lifts. This will incur some costs and we will manage with whatever funds we have. 

We welcome the feedback and complaints from our residents. We take them in and sort them out one by one according to urgency and priorities. We request your patience and understanding. The issue cannot be resolved overnight but rest assured that it will be resolved in time.
