Jumlah perbelanjaan membaiki lif di Blok C tempoh hari yang lalu menelan belanja RM11,500.00. Disebabkan oleh kerja sabotaj yang dilakukan oleh individu yang tidak dikenali, kos memperbaiki amatlah tinggi kerana terpaksa menukar sebiji invertor yang rosak.
INVERTOR
Jika keadaan ini yang berlaku setiap masa, keadaan kewangan JMB Bayu Villa tidak dapat bertahan lama. Kerosakan demi kerosakan dilakukan bagi menjatuhkan Badan Pengurusan Bersama (JMB) Bayu Villa.
Diharap orang yang cuba merosakkan lif ini dapat ditangkap dan diserahkan kepada polis supaya tindakan jenayah sebegini dapat dibendung sama sekali.
Pls explain how they manage to sabotage the invertor? where is the invertor located? The room not locked?

Shortcircuit .... after few times of shortcuit the wire... the invertor burn,,,,
Deletei do remember the last JMB told that invertors burnt too...who is tat genius who can sabotage this every now and then...please give us residents peace , you org nak perang, dun perang and hurt us, disturb our life... TERIMA KASIH BANYAK BANYAK !!!!!!
ReplyDeleteIs sabotage ke or the lift is "too old"?! As I know Apartment lift are not those heavy duty usage typed. But been "heavy usage" for how many years already?!
