Penyata kewangan untuk bulan September 2014 sebenarnya telah lama kami siapkan. Badan Pengurusan Bersama (JMB) Bayu Villa sedang menunggu penyata kewangan daripada pihak bank yang berakhir 13.10.2014 tetapi sehingga kini kami masih belum menerimanya lagi.
Penyata kewangan tersebut dihantar kepada rumah bekas setiausaha JMB Bayu Villa yang lama tetapi sehingga kini kami masih belum menerimanya lagi. Oleh kerana kami masih belum menerima penyata kewangan tersebut, JMB Bayu Villa tidak berupaya memaparkan penyata kewangan yang sepenuhnya.
Walaupun Bendahari JMB Bayu Villa baru dipilih pada 21hb September 2014 tetapi atas janji dan komitmen daripada Ahli Jawatankuasa Pegurusan Bersama (JMC) Bayu Villa untuk memaparkan penyata kewangan setiap bulan, penyata kewangan bulan September 2014 dipaparkan dahulu sementara menunggu penyata kewangan bulanan daripada pihak bank.
Penyata yang sepenuhnya akan dipaparkan selepas kesemua dokumen telah diterima.

Jumlah perbelanjaan : RM 49,033.70
Jumlah tunai yang lebih dibawa ke hadapan (bulan Oktober) : RM 17,152.81

Jumlah cek diterima dari 01.09.2014 - 13.09.2014 : RM 11,921.68

This report shows the inexperience of JMB to handle accounts of our place. Really like doing pasar malam accounting.
whoever you are stop complaining!!!!! at least the new JMB being very transparent.... they are doing their best and we can see a lot of improvement... If you think you are good pls step forward and help the JMB prepare the accounts...

Sama ada JMB sekarang ok atau tidak bukan awak sendiri yang judge. Resident BV boleh nampak cara kerja kamu ok atau tidak. Terlalu banyak complaint yang negative dari resident BV. Banyak masalah yang timbul dan bila complaint dengan JMB tapi kamu buat tak dengar dan tak nak ambil tahu.

DeleteHi All, This is my first time comment as today's posting is something very worthwhile to take time to say something. I am owner of unit and have stayed here since I believe it has been 8 years. I have not joined any RA or nor have i supported any JMB because i physically unable to move around easily. However, i am a prompt maintenance and water bill payer. Whatever that i say here surely will receive some back fire from different parties. Therefore thank you in advance if you are reading my shit comment but also allow me my freedom of speech. Reading some of the comments here makes me truly sad. Here are the reasons. This new JMB has only been a month old but due to our bad history with old JMB we attack the new JMB without giving them more time. Be reasonable, look around you, we are in a place full of debts. We suffered from syabas water till worry TNB cut electricity. The new JMB took us out of the situation no doubt it is only for a month or two but the new JMB has already highlighted the outlines to recovering the millions of debts. We have no security guards but new JMB try to employ our own Bayu Villa residents to be security guards first. We have no cleaners today we have. Despite of all the help the new JMB has extended, relentless comments is still unfavourable to new JMB. These comments are not constructive it is destructive. If let say we did not appoint this current new JMB on time, would you say we are better off now? Where would we be now? Listen, there is no money in the Bayu Villa bank. We are surviving here today is because most residents cooperate still pay maintenance fee to keep this place alive. Yes, after we pay maintenance fee we expect returns. However, to ask for so much returns in such a short period of time is truly difficult to fulfill. You want professional security guards, yes can but the previous debts to security company is not paid. If you still want to employ fresh company it will cost RM30K a month. With RM30K a month two months RM60K we can pay our debts in installment we can also save some to do up our swimming pool and slowly see what other things to do up. That is why hire our own Bayu Villa resident be guard is good because no need pay so much. Yes security is very important truly very important but really gates are closed at night nowadays. Yes of course still not enough because kes curi still happen, but hello kes curi also got happen when we got one dozen security guards walking around last time. And do not forget every day operations at Bayu Villa also need money. This is one example. As for the statement of collections, how much in how much out. If you want ACCA to do i believe JMB will ask ACCA to do and that is good. But be polite in requesting. In the past have you seen Bayu Villa everyday got blog for you to read on happenings? In the past have you seen Bayu Villa show accounts of statement? This is first time. Yet all the comments are so cruel. This new JMB may not be best in all the apartment in malaysia but for Bayu Villa this is first time see got a JMB run like this. It is good ok. Plus you see RA - Persatuan Penduduk Bayu Villa is also coming up with positive voices working together all for the bettermnet of Bayu Villa, for me for you for us. We are one ! Please don't scream and yell at each other. Don't forget we have millions of debts. Case by case, story by story. The past we will not forget we will surely pursue when the time is right. But for now, let us help each other get up first. Get out of debts first. The new JMB can see that they are trying best to build up the place by being good in how to spend on important thing first and how to save up to pay debts. We can make it ! Stay united. Also i have a question. Those who are angry at new JMB, what is the sebab? what is the reason ? In life no matter how best you get you will still complain. Guess that is life. However, please don't fight each other. WE are ONE. It is very sad to read comments here knowing that we fight among ourselves and like i said for what reason i don't understand.

If you say all the President and all the AJK sleeping, then right now you see the things moving like got pay syabas got pay TNB and things are slowly moving. If all sleeping then how come things got move. Who do it? Yes i agree. I myself have not seen the Lady President face at all but saw her once during election coming to house to vote for her. After election got see one or two AJK got do work but never again saw Lady President anymore till today. But COB letter got her name PRESIDENT. Yes i agree they should build good rapport with residents and community like got a office telephone, got handphone or got a message board at least we can contact them if they don't want to reveal handphone because they do this work not millions of dollar salary they just on allowance so not so good if 700 residents everyday call their handphone, then give us a office telephone or a message board and walk around Bayu Villa. Yes this i never see them do. However, to say that the Lady President sleeping and all AJK sleeping then so far all the work is who do? Correct or not they must be someone doing work or else how come the things moving? So i think they are working but it is just that they have fail badly in face to face communication with resident to hear out their ongoing concerns. Right now we all resident read blog and facebook communication which is good but Madam JMB President, where are you in real life?
ReplyDeleteSome are wrong on the real date of the new JMB. In July 2014. 4 months they appeared no planning to solve problem until some residents give ideas and suggestion here. Now no more ideas and suggestion from those resident see how bad JMB are. All last time promise thing now no show. You all think JMB can solve problem here?
