Sebagai langkah permulaan menuju ke arah lebih terbuka dan telus (transparent). Ahli Jawatankuasa Pengurusan Bersama (JMC) akan memaparkan penyata kewangan JMB Bayu Villa kepada penghuni serta penduduk yang ingin mengetahui situasi kewangan di dalam Bayu Villa.
Penyata kewangan yang berakhir 13-09-2014 merupakan penyata kewangan terbaru yang menunjukkan baki sehingga 13-09-2014 adalah RM 34,845.84.
Jika di lihat serta di analisa akan kedudukan jumlah yang tertera di dalam penyata, ianya sememangnya tidak cukup untuk Badan Pengurusan Bersama Bayu Villa bertindak membangunkan Bayu Villa.
Kita harus faham bahawa setiap bulan Badan Pengurusan Bersama (JMB) mempunyai komitmen setiap bulan iaitu sebanyak RM10,000.00 (pembayaran ansuran kepada Syabas), RM 5,943.20 (pembayaran kepada Pejabat Tanah dan Galian - quit rent) dan jumlah itu haruslah sentiasa disediakan di dalam akaun bank JMB Bayu Villa setiap bulan.
In adalah cuma sebahagian daripada jumlah komitmen yang tertera di atas. Masih banyak lagi hutang yang belum di ambil kira seperti pengawal keselamatan, kontraktor pembersihan dan sebagainya.

Di sini pihak JMB Bayu Villa ingin menekankan jika keadaan kewangan Bayu Villa tidak dapat dipulihkan, kita mungkin akan menghadapi satu lagi krisis kewangan yang mungkin boleh mengakibatkan kejatuhan Bayu Villa sama sekali.

This clearly shows that all this while JMB bank statement is sent to an individual . This is a Big JOKE !!!!!!!

Dear All, During opening this account in December under JMB Bayu Villa together with Mr Salim and Mdm Lor
ReplyDeletePrevious management which is Bayu Villa Managment Corp Sdn Bhd have an account which was suspended under the same address and same Bank Branch.
We had to give an address as the bank was prolonging the process. It was only the statement as all cheques must be signed by 3 .
Feel free to see me in Bayu and will explain in details if needed .

The previous ones have been passed to mdm Lor and the current one , I passed to miss Sharmini.
