Perlaksanaan Proses Pemotongan Bekalan Air Bermula Pada Hari Selasa 18.11.2014


Proses perbincangan dan mesyuarat dengan pekerja Badan Pengurusan Bersama (JMB) Bayu Villa mengenai perlaksanaaan pemotongan bekalan air yang akan dijalankan pada hari Selasa 18.11.2014.

Perlaksanaan pemotongan bekalan air sepatutnya dijalankan pada 17.11.2014 (Isnin) tetapi terpaksa ditunda sehari kerana pejabat pengurusan tidak dibuka.



Proses pemotongan bekalan akan dilakukan di Blok A di mana terdapat sejumlah tunggakan sebanyak RM 142,102.58 yang harus dikutip.



Proses perbincangan juga melibatkan cara cara memotong bekalan air dan apabila menghadapi situasi yang genting, bagaimanakah harus kita menyelesaikan masalah yang timbul semasa proses pemotongan bekalan air dijalankan. 



Badan Pengurusan Bersama (JMB) Bayu Villa memandang berat akan setengah pihak yang tidak menghiraukan notis yang telah dihantar sebanyak 3 kali.

Peringatan : 

Bagi setiap pemotongan bekalan air yang dilakukan, proses penyambungan semula bekalan air akan dikenakan bayaran sebanyak RM 50.00 bagi proses mendapatkan semula bekalan air.

Bekalan air akan disambung semula setelah menerima
 bayaran yang pertama berjumlah RM 500.00 (Lima Ratus Ringgit).

Jumlah tunggakan Wang Penyelenggaraan, Cukai Tanah, Insuran dan Bil Air untuk 70 unit rumah yang mempunyai tunggakan melebihi RM 800.00 keatas.

  1. I am one of the resident with installment plan signed up. While I keep go to office check bills and make partially payment, I did ask the officer can I made payment by installment terms, the answer know from officer is yes! THAT'S ALL! No further explain given! When we got the black & white notices...the notice also doesn't state Mr Lee office address and contact number! To be honestly, I only get to know where to sign up the agreement on the day I signed up and is inform by one of the apartment maintenance guy. So luckily I meet him there! Otherwise I wouldn't know where shall I go to because the office is closed!

    YOUR MAY LAUGHING AT ME--WHAT LAH THIS GUY?! STILL SLEEPING?! SO BLUR?!

    I am happy to tell luckily I'm not the only one BLUR here!!! After I signed up, I saw few residents surrounding go to management office and go to Apartment Hall...They were BLUR like me! After I told them only they know where to go for the discussion and sign up...

    I DID told Mr Lee about all the BLUR I faced. Seen that is unacceptable. Guess Mr Lee maybe little bit "over confidence"

    1. So sorry if I have created all the "BLUR" that you all have facing. I still can remember I have send 3 notice out to all the residents and also stated when to meet me to settle the whole things.

      I have to skip my family days for 3 Sunday just to help Bayu Villa but still the respond is slow. I do believe I have given ample time with 3 notice given. I know everyone is busy so do I. I have great responsibility to carry out my works.

      I'm just human being doing my job as Treasurer to collect all the outstanding. It is not about "over confidence". It is about the duty that we need to perform and engage in order for the betterment of Bayu Villa future.

    2. Thanks for the reply and explain. Main point I would to tell is the letter head given address and the discussion office is difference! to avoid miss understanding (people blur like me), your should just add an address and contact number on the notice.

      This is the explain you have given to me on the same day when I reach your office. Due to respecting and appreciated on all helps from the Treasure and I didn't bring all the notices on hand, I didn't wanted to arguing with Mr Lee. I think every resident known "when" to see Treasure for discussion but no every one known where to meet the Treasure!

  2. Shouldn't all meeting or discussion with regards to payment be held in the correct place like in the management office or hall?
