Kerja membaiki pondok pengawal di depan Blok D telah siap sepenuhnya. Buat masa ini ke semua pondok pengawal mempunyai pintu untuk ditutup.
Masalah kecurian air di dalam pondok pengawal serta kerosakan yang berlaku di dalam tandas haruslah dibendung bagi menjimatkan kos perbelanjaan yang harus ditanggung oleh Bayu Villa.
Setelah kesemua pintu di dua pondok pengawal telah dikunci keseluruhannya, boleh dikatakan keadaan keselamatan di dalam Bayu Villa telah berada di suatu tahap yang selesa dengan 5 pengawal keselamatan yang sedang menjalankan tanggung jawab mereka.
JMB so far so good , but yet there are still room for improvement , do all five guards know what are their job duties , I mean JMB come up with SOP for them to follow . One day I saw our neighbour apartment Prima Bayu
ReplyDeletethe guard stop one motorbike and take down write down particulars and record in the " VISITOR BOOK " for safety purpose and make sure they go out within a short period . I suggest JMB must train our 5 security guards if possible brief to them every day until they are fully understand what are their duties ? On behalf of all BV residents thank you JMB for good job done in the first place .
