Cabaran Baru Menanti JMB Bayu Villa. Bil Semasa Syabas Terkini RM 15,930.72


Belum selesai pembayaran bil tunggakan TNB, datang pula bil semasa Syabas yang berjumlah RM 15,930.72 (bacaan meter dari 24.09.2014 sehingga 13.10.2014). Bacaan bil seterusnya mungkin mencecah RM 25,000.00. Di sini bermulanya satu ujian yang akan menguji sejauh manakah Bayu Villa dapat bertahan.


Jumlah tunggakan yang terkini : RM 373,097.30 sebelum ditolak wang pembayaran pendahuluan sebanyak RM 10,000.00 yang dibayar oleh Encik Lee dalam bentuk sekeping cek.


Tunggakan sehingga kini selepas ditolak pembayaran awalan berjumlah RM 363,097.30. Tarikh terakhir untuk JMB Bayu Villa menjelaskan tunggakan RM 15,930.30 ialah pada 12.11.2014. Jikalau JMB Bayu Villa tidak berupaya menjelaskan tunggakan ini, pemotongan air mungkin akan berlaku lagi. Belum dikira lagi wang ansuran RM 10,000.00 yang harus dibayar setiap bulan.

Ini diibaratkan sebagai misi Ultraman (JMB) yang cuba menewaskan seekor Raksasa yang ganas (Syabas).

    1. Yeap. There is payment coming in but not enough to cover lots of expenses. Yesterday we pay TNB about RM6,000 to avoid TNB come and cut the electricity. We need to pay average about RM10,000 to RM12,000 a month.

  2. My last water payment to management for invoice billing dated 28/07/2014. I keep go to office trace my latest bill(s), the counter clerk keep telling me bill not ready yet!

    Sometime, I think is wasn't peoples don't want to pay.

    Is whose problem now??? Or the management feel that to collect monthly maintenance only is very good enought to cover all already??

    1. Actually they are changing to new system. Only next month water bill will be key in.

  3. yes it is true I also face a same thing that I keep go to mgmt office wanted to pay my latest water bills but the counter clerk keep telling me bill not ready yet , until I " fed up " to ask him , I believe that it is not resident refuse to pay water bills and how to pay bill without invoice . mgmt please look into it seriously , sorry to say that when Syabas cut water is not fully resident fault but mgmt also have to responsible for water cut, the mgmt only think of maintenance fees only which JMB think is only VERY VERY IMPORTANT . Can mgmt explain to bv residents why JMB delay print out water bills so that at least JMB can settle part of payment . Another issue regarding BV residents safety , the guard house near Block A & B , don't we have big GATE which was damaged for quite long , it waste BV residents MONIES after install the Gate , why don't we repair and use back close the gate for temporary until JMB able to engage Security Guards to jaga both Front & back entrance . JMB just need only one person to look after the BIG GATE . I hope my suggestion is useful to JMB to protect All BV residents to reduce Theft Burglary . Thank you , I concern the safety of all BV residents .
