    Now can buy and sell?
    I understand from some resident that they cannot sell their unit bcos of jabatan tanah issue.
    even bank also not approving any loan for Bayu Villa cos of all the outstanding debt issues in Bayu Villa.

    please check and see Block A out side water pipe and water drain! broken by wind and rain. it's very risky. please repair ASAP!
